TJ Place Home Inspections, LLC

My name is T.J. Place.  I am the owner/operator of TJ Place Home Inspections, LLC.  I have been doing home inspections since I became AHIT certified in 2011 and ASHI certified in 2020.  I gained my experience and interest after renovating several homes in the Wapakoneta area.  I also have an associate degree in Civil Engineering through the University of Toledo.  I worked 21 years at the Auglaize County Soil and Water Conservation where I was a Drainage Coordinator/Technical Administrator.  My current job at the Auglaize County Engineers office gives me the flexibility to do home inspections in the evenings and weekends and I can also work with your schedule if you need an inspection performed during the day M-F.

 

I passed my National Home Inspector Exam in 2019. 

I have been licensed in Ohio and Indiana since 2019
